From our first breath to our last, breath is with us at every moment of our lives. Our breath is essential and life-giving. Pranayama is the branch of yoga concentrated on conscious breathing. Whatever happens in the mind, influences the breath: picture a gasp of surprise or a heavy, deep sigh of relaxation. We can influence the flow of our breath, the quality of our breath and empower ourselves to influence our own minds, through the practice of Pranayama.

Join us as we explore various Pranayama techniques, which will serve as the fertile ground from which our yoga and relaxation practices can take root. All ages and yoga-experience levels are encourage to attend.
