The opportunity for every type of body to practice yoga means expanding our ideas of what yoga is and how our bodies are capable of moving. If you are a senior student, have difficulty getting up and down from the ground, if you have or are recovering from an injury, or want to have a Chair Yoga experience to take with you to your desk job — this series is for you! Learn traditional, yet adapted asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), and relaxation techniques to find connection, awareness, and healing.
