Set the foundation of traditional yoga asanas while intuitively bringing attention to breath and movement during this practice. Build body awareness with a focus on your own unique alignment; creating strength, flexibility, and compassion for your personal yoga journey. Cultivate, release, and then dive into 15-minutes of meditation/relaxation.

Restorative Yoga with Sound
Treat yourself to the healing vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, and a gong during this relaxing Restorative Yoga practice. Blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, and walls all work to support the body through the restorative poses. The intention of this vibrational journey is to create a state of meditation and therapeutic relaxation. This practice is encouraged for all levels including those with injuries and offers the potential for healing and deep relaxation.
